Sigma has been in the cardiovascular business for over a decade. Over these years, the company has developed systems for the cardiac electrophysiology suite as well as digital stethoscopes for telemedicine. The latest venture into home health gives us the opportunity to apply our product development skills in a fertile new market.

Home telehealth is an exploding market place, where standards and specifications are in flux and success in this market depends critically on identifying appropriate specifications. We at Sigma believe that the trend is toward the remote patient encounter where the physicians can interact with their patients as in a face-to-face encounter, and we’re developing patient@HOME to meet this requirement.

But we recognize that there are still many points of view held by those looking to build up a home telehealth program. So, as we have always offered in the past, Sigma takes pride in working with our customers to meet their particular needs.
